Located in West Seattle’s Alaska Junction, the Alki Masonic Temple is a beautiful 8,000 square foot building.  The banquet hall features a newly renovated stage along with a state of the art projector, sound system and Wi-Fi. This creates the ideal setting for any business function, charitable gathering, public forum, or private party, and still retains the charm for your special occasion.

The Hall rental fees for private events start at $300 plus an additional $250.00-$500.00 security/damage deposit that is refundable.  The 4,000 square foot room will seat up to 250 with a designated dance floor.  Tables (8’ rectangle and/or 60″ rounds) and chairs are included in the rental fee.   If alcohol is to be served, a Banquet Permit and private security is required.  There is a commercial kitchen that may be used by any licensed caterer or anyone with a food handling permit.  The building is handicap accessible.  As a result of our location within a residential community there is a noise restriction.  Loud music must be completely off by 11:00 p.m on weekends, 10:00 p.m. Sunday -Thursday.  The hall has ample parking, located adjacent to the building, which is free with your rental. Copying the table diagrams, either rectangular or round will help you choose the layout of the floor which will best meet your needs.  Paste them into the floor plan, and lay them out to create your own design which will best work for your celebration.  The Bar diagram can also be moved to suit your own personal preference.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Upstairs Meeting Room

 

A 4,000 square foot carpeted room with vaulted ceiling. Equipped with a baby grand piano. Seats up to 300 people. Suitable for public ceremonies, religious services or private gatherings. No food or drink allowed upstairs.

Commercial Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, 55 cup Coffee maker are all available.

Our fellowship hall is equipped with the necessary technology will give you access to West Seattle’s largest Video Screen (180″) including Projector, PA system, Sound System, Wi-Fi Access, Basic Cable TV, Blue Ray, DVD and iPod/iPad connections are available.
